Evaluations & Assessments

We offer Substance Abuse Evaluations, ADHD Evaluations, and Mental Health Assessments to assist with meeting your needs.

Substances Abuse Evaluations are provided by Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC) who are trained in assessing for and treating addictions of various types. Substance Abuse Evaluations can be provided with a confidential report that can be utilized for court, probation, or other purposes. The confidential report can be expedited if needed.

ADHD Evaluations are performed by Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) as well as Licensed Professional Counselor Interns (LPC-Interns) in order to determine the presence of symptoms related to Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A confidential report can be provided in conjunction with this assessment that can be utilized with medical providers as well as in school settings. 

Mental Health Assessments are available by Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in order to assess to various symptoms relating to mental health disorders. This type of assessment can also be utilized as the first step in the treatment process in order to determine the best method of helping you. This assessment is available with or without a confidential report. ​
